TechConnect – Guardiantech Pro Services Private Limited
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the TechConnect platform, owned and operated by Guardiantech Pro Services Private Limited (“Company”).
By accessing or using TechConnect, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Definitions
• Platform: TechConnect website and services
• Client: A user who posts projects or hires freelancers
• Freelancer: A user who offers services or bids on projects
• User: Any registered or visiting individual on the Platform
• Services: All functionalities provided through TechConnect
3. Eligibility
• Users must be at least 18 years old
• Must provide accurate and complete registration information
• Must not be prohibited by law from using such services
4. Account Registration & Security
• Users must create an account to access full features
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• Any activity under your account is your responsibility
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse
5. Platform Role
• TechConnect acts as an intermediary marketplace between Clients and Freelancers
• We do not guarantee quality, accuracy, or completion of services
• We are not a party to contracts between users
6. Project Posting & Bidding
For Clients:
• Must provide clear and accurate project details
• Must ensure timely payment for completed work
For Freelancers:
• Must provide genuine proposals and deliver agreed services
• Must not submit false credentials or misleading information
7. Payments & Fees
• Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways
• Platform service fees/commissions may apply
• Clients agree to fund projects as per agreed terms
• Freelancers receive payment after successful completion or milestone approval
8. Escrow & Disputes
• Funds may be held in escrow (if applicable) until project completion
• In case of disputes:
- Both parties must attempt resolution mutually
- TechConnect may intervene but reserves the right for final decision
- Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
9. Prohibited Activities
Users agree NOT to:
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content
• Circumvent platform payments
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or spam
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
10. Intellectual Property
• Users retain ownership of their content
• By posting content, you grant TechConnect a limited license to use, display, and promote it
• Unauthorized copying or misuse of platform content is prohibited
11. Confidentiality
• Users must respect confidential information shared during projects
• Sensitive data must not be disclosed without consent
12. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
• Terms are violated
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• Required by law
Users may also request account deletion.
13. Limitation of Liability
• TechConnect is not liable for:
- Losses arising from user interactions
- Project delays, disputes, or service quality
- Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guardiantech Pro Services Private Limited from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from:
• Your use of the Platform
• Violation of these Terms
15. Third-Party Services
The Platform may include third-party services (payment gateways, tools). We are not responsible for their performance or policies.
16. Privacy
Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
17. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
